miku hatsune sketch.

i just reinstalled photoshop cs3 on my computer a few weeks ago and hadn't been in the mood to draw since then...when i'm not in the mood, i draw like an incoherent 5 year old (and even when i'm in the mood pieces of crap such as the thing you are viewing right now somehow make their way onto my screen). anyway, because of not being in the mood to draw i never really got to fully experience my new program.

not to mention, i have EXTREMELY little experience with anime. i did a little bit of anime art with a mouse when i was 13 or 14 and took free requests from people on gaia, but those were absolutely terrible for the most part. i'll see if i can find some of them and maybe i'll post in a journal entry.

but anyway, because of my small giant obsession with vocaloid at the moment i was compelled to draw the lovely miss miku hatsune as my first "serious" photoshop sketch that didn't involve me pulverizing my delete key and writing huge scribbles of 'FUCK' all over my screen.

this'll go in scraps soon.

(i'm aware that the hair shading is probably totallytotallywrong but i don't really care, it's 7am and i haven't slept a bit.)
